ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the perioperative application of sufentanil and oxycodone in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gastric or colorectal cancer. Methods 59 patients were selected and randomly divided into group O and group S. Anesthesia was induced with sufentanil 0.3 μg/kg in group S and oxycodone 0.3 mg/kg in group O. Anesthesia was maintained with sevoflurane balanced anesthesia. When heart rate or blood pressure reached 20% over the baseline, additional dose of oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg was given in group O and sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg in group S. 30 minutes before the end of surgery, patients in group S received sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg and group O with oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg separately. Two hours in the PACU, a rescue dose of sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg or oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg was given to the patients with VAS score bigger than 4. Hemodynamic index, VAS score, Ramsay score, adverse responses and analgesics rescue were recorded. Results No difference was found in hemodynamic index, VAS score and analgesics rescue between the two groups (P>0.05). Ramsay score of group S is lower than that of group O (P=0.014). Induction period bucking incidence in group O was obviously lower than that in group S(P=0.002). The incidence of emergency agitation in group O was significantly lower than that in group S(P=0.045).There was no significant difference in respiratory depression, postoperative nausea and vomiting between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with sufentanil, oxycodone significantly reduced the incidence of bucking and emergency agitation. Oxycodone provided better sedation to patients who received laparoscopic surgery for gastric or colorectal cancer.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the application of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane or propofol in the anesthesia of patients with intracranial tumors. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015,60 patients with intracranial tumor surgery in our hospital were selected as the research object in this study. They were randomly divided into A group and B group, each group had a total of 30 cases.Patients in group A were treated with remifentanil combined with sevoflurane anesthesia, and B group was treated with remifentanil and propofol anesthesia.Comparative analysis of A group and B group of patients with clinical indicators. Results During the operation, two groups of patients with end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure and pulse oxygen saturation score. Two groups of patients in the immediate intubation heart rate and blood pressure were significantly lower than before anesthesia,A group reduced the degree of greater, with statistical difference(P<0.05).In group A,30 min and 1H were significantly higher than those in group B after anesthesia, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anesthesia time of A group was(187.3±22.7)min,and the extubation time was(22.1±8.2)min.The anesthesia time of B group was(181.4±19.1)min,and the extubation time was(10.2±5.3)min.As a result,B group of patients with anesthesia time and extubation time were significantly less than the A group, and with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil Combined with propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia in patients with intracranial tumors compared to two kinds of methods can effectively stabilize the patient's life signs, but remifentanil and propofol recovery time is fast, contribute to the balance of cerebral oxygen supply and consumption in a certain extent, with the further promotion and application of clinical significance.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the surgical anesthesia in patients with schizophrenia, clinical effect of two drug combination.Methods40 cases of anesthesia for the patients with schizophrenia surgery using fentanyl combined with propofol, and classified as the control group, the other 40 patients used remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia and the patients were classified as observation group. In our hospital from October 2016 to March 2015.ResultsComparing the two groups of patients with heart rate and blood pressure, found in the two groups had no significant difference before anesthesia after anesthesia, intervention at different time points showed corresponding differences (P<0.05) shows significant differences.Compared two groups of patients, the recovery time of the surgery, the patients in the observation group were relatively fast, comparison between groups (P<0.05) showed obvious differences. The adverse reactions in two groups were 0%, comparison between groups have no significant difference.ConclusionTwo drug combination has better effect in schizophrenia patients in surgical anesthesia, compared with fentanyl and remifentanil for anesthesia, the latter effect is better, at the same time combined treatment for patients with heart rate had little effect, conducive to the patient recovery after surgery, and no adverse reaction for patients, the drug safety, it is worthy of reference.
